We are aggressively raising funds so families fighting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy can get much needed help purchasing mobility and medical equipment. The scope of this fund is broad. We are not limited to one type of need. Duchenne families know what they need, we consult with them and work together to get these boys the necessary equipment.

Please note:

• All Hero Assistance Funds are limited to residents of the United States. For overseas needs, please contact us directly.

• Examples of eligible items include (but are not limited to) manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, adaptive all-terrain vehicles, smart technology (ie: Amazon Echo/Google Home, etc.), ramps, standers, hoyer lifts, pool lifts, stair lifts, Perfect Lifts, etc.

• Grants are disbursed directly to the suppliers/vendors of the equipment, service, or modification. Applicants are required to submit 1-2 estimates from their vendor of choice. My DMD Hero does not provide cash grants towards reimbursements of purchased equipment or services.
